PLACING AN ORDER/PAYMENT

PLACING AN ORDER:

To place an order, you will need to email me the following information.  I suggest you simply copy/paste the following section in your email (for each item being ordered) and then fill in the blanks.  My email is:  NutsAboutNotes@hotmail.com

1. Item being ordered/Design name? 
2. Text that you want printed? 
3. Which font style would you like? (see link on right to view font choices).  NOTE:  Font colors on note cards and acrylic box sets were chosen to match the design, but if you would like to change the color, then just let me know. 
   
4. Shipping information?  Where & who will I be mailing this to?
   
5. Your contact information?  I need to be able to contact you in case I have a question about your order.  Please leave your name & phone number (I will have your email address as well, but if I am unsure about something on your order, I would rather just pick up the phone and get clarification that way).

PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION:

** Shipping prices will vary depending on weight and size, but most small orders cost between $5-10 to mail Priority.  After you place your order, I will calculate the shipping & handling costs and will email you an invoice using the PayPal invoicing system.  (NOTE: I will send the invoice to you using the same email address you emailed me with, unless you give me an alternate address).  

If you have never used the PayPal invoicing system, it's very simple.  You will receive an email from PayPal.  Click on the link.  It will take you to the invoice where you will be able to verify your order and see the S&H costs.  PayPal accepts all major credit cards.  Once I receive your payment, you should receive your items within 7-10 days.

Return Policy & Contact Me

RETURN POLICY:

I am committed to providing an excellent shopping experience to all of my customers. My goal is to take every measure possible to ensure that you are pleased with the products you receive from me. I proof-read all orders for spelling, grammar, wording, etiquette, etc., however, I cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event locations, town or street names, the date of your event or anything else out of the norm. Please review your wording carefully before submitting your order. If I see something that doesn't look right or that I have a question about, I will contact you before I print your order.

** Changes or errors in your order AFTER it has been printed: In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording does get printed, I will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 50% discount.

** Errors made by me: I will happily reprint any order containing an error that I caused at no cost to you.
